The British-Estonian Chamber of Commerce (BECC) is hosting SmartEST Conference: Opportunities in the Emerging Nordic Country.  The conference introduces Estonian business environment and brings together the Estonian and British political and business leaders. Event is opened by the Estonian Minister of Economic Affairs and Communications Mr Juhan Parts who will meet with the Minister of Enterprise, Trade and Investment of Northern Ireland Mrs Arlene Foster later the same day.

The conference consists of 3 panels focusing on finance, ICT and manufacturing. Finance panel, hosted by FinanceEstonia, encompasses Tom Bangemann, the Senior Vice President of the Hackett Group, who will share insights about the key trends in the Global Business Services. The panel is moderated by Neil Mathieson, Head of the Treasury and Shared Services at FinanceEstonia.
